What the previous reviewer written is correct. The mobile park has been closed. I'm now concern about the noise and unfamiliar faces once the construction start.
Parking is an issue, not enough open space, even finding a parking space along the street is difficult.
The mangement staffs are not as helpful as they sound.
The aprtmnet is old, old, old. They just keep re-painting it, so it looks OK.
Office and maintenance work 5 days a week, and they live off the apartment complex, so you will be in trouble if you have any urgent repair in the weekend.
