I have read with interest some of the reviews posted here, and all I can say is that you guys must have been unlucky! Recent reviews have certainly moved me to defend the place where I have chosen to live for several years. The reason I chose to move here and also to stay here, is how quiet the complex is. OK, I agree with the other posters here, yes, you can hear noise from your neighbours, but not to the level that has been described here. My next door neighbours own a Home Theatre System, and while I can hear their TV, music and bass, it certainly doesn't bother me to the extent that I would get lawyers involved!
Management are both kind and co-operative and are readily available to help with and solve any problems/queries/maintenance requests I have put to them.
Parking can be a problem if your family has 2 cars, but that is the only negative aspect of living here. Overall, a lovely place to live.

People have a right to their opinion and while your opinion is positive, others could and may have a negative opinion. While you are enjoying your townhouse, others might not have enjoyed their unit because of genuine issues. Trying to convince readers to believe that the previous posts are not true amounts to undermining their issues and trivializing them. I am an ex-resident of casa Alberta and had to move out of the complex because of safety and other issues. If you live in the units situated towards the rear end of the complex you wouldn't be confused or for that matter surprised. I lived in a unit which was near the mobile home community located towards the rear end of the complex. My van was vandalized twice and also kids bikes and toys were stolen. The apartment complex over the years has definitely become unsafe. For a very long time the fence between this apartment complex and the neighboring low-income housing complex near the parking spot 162 was broken and people used to use it to cross-over from Casa Alberta to the neighboring complex. Even after fixing the fence, you would occassionally see people jump over the fence. Many of the vehicles parked in the unreserved parking spaces also didn't move for many months together. We have friends living in the complex who are waiting to move out now because the mobile home community situated behind Casa Alberta has been shut down and new construction is to begin which would bring about more noise, pollution and many other safety issues. While you are happy, others may not be. Respect other people's opinions as much as others respect yours. Congratulations on your lease renewal and enjoy your unit.
