Not a bad place to live

Pretty decent place to live, lots of foreigners, but they are fairly quiet. I wouldn?t live near the pool (busy during the summer). Overall I am very happy with the place.
Also another review mentioned no DSL. I was able to get sDSL via Covad @ 384k. Cable modems are an option, and PacBell was willing to do 384/192 aDSL.
After living hear for over a year, I highly recommend this place. The only reason I would leave is if I could rationalize spending $800,000 on one of those 1500sq feet homes down the street! Rent went up 200 around 10/00, although with the economy tanking in the valley, I don't think it will go up anymore for a while.
