This complex is ready to fall apart. everything is old in these apartments. People here are unfriendly and noisy. Then again I'm from Texas where we are used to greeting people and no one does that here. Maintenance is good but might require a few trips to fix the issue right. Management appears all sweet and nice but they show their true colors when confronted with an issue. Take your money somewhere else, this place ain't worth it.

Simply laughable. This place is far from ready to fall apart! Yes it is an older peoperty, but obviously it is very well maintained. If you had issues with your apartment that were not fixed properly, you should have contacted management again. I'm sure they would have been more than willing to assist you. I have not had one propblem with the management or maintenance since I moved in here several years ago. Yes, some appliances in my unit were old, but management replaced them for me. Trying to persuade others to rent somewehre else is just plain rude.
