We have lived here for several years without any negative incidents at all. Our apartment is clean, spacious, and quiet. It is unfortunate that some people here have had bad experiences. We certainly do not feel that this place is unsafe! In fact, it is the quietest place we have ever lived in! Some fixtures are old on the property, but management has taken care of everything we have asked them to in our apartment. They have also shampooed our carpets on a regular basis when we have requested it. I do wish there were washer/dryer hookups in the apartment though. We have no intentions of moiving out anytime soon.
