I agree with the previous post. Noise from neighbors is a serious issue in this complex. No one's complaining about the normal apartment living noises. But noise from playing the TV, boom-box or home-theater system loudly is a problem here. The townhouses especially are terrible. If you live in an end unit its is not too bad but if the unit is in between two units it is a nightmare. Upon complaining to management, all you get to hear is them saying that it has come to their attention. They tend to not act on it and let you fight it out with the neighbor.
