Noisy' What a complete contradiction of what is actually reality. This is probably the quietest apartment complex I have ever experienced in my life! Occasional noise is to be expected from neighbors in an apartment complex, as long as it does not become excessive. If this is not something you are willing to tolerate, perhaps you should choose a private home as your next residence. Mold and asbestos' Come on now! I challenge anyone to find an apartment complex built in the 70's that does not have acoustical (popcorn) ceilings, the source of your aformentioned asbestos. Mold will only develop in a moist, unventilated area. Go ahead, steam your place up, don't open one single window, and see what happens! I have known the management personally for several years now, and I can tell you that the previous posts are absolutely ridiculous. Never has mangement treated us or anyone that we know living here as a nuisance. In fact, we have written several thank you letters to management for their speedy response to maintenance requests we have had in the past. It is painfully obvious someone is purposely slandering the management. If you are living at the property now, I suggest that you contact management with any issue you have, and see what sort of response you get. I think you will find it quite a bit different from the previous reviews. Oh, and if you have moved out, I urge you to please stop slandering the management. What you have stated previously is nothing but false!
