I and now YOU, have wasted time in an attempt to compare and/or search for apartments as this web site, ApartmentRatings.com, is noting more than a BLOG . I am disappointed to have wasted my time on this particular web site, as I know, first hand, the Casa Alberta Apartment community is very well managed, maintained and a comparative good value in Apartment living.
I have enjoyed living at Casa Alberta Apartments for 5 years and have recently begun pricing similar properties, via the Internet. I have found Casa Alberta, by far, to be the very best value in an expensive apartment real estate market (Sunnyvale/Cupertino).
Please note, I am simply a 5 year resident (NOT management) and felt compelled to submit my review after wasting much of my time reading the non-factual and unsubstantiated content related to this property and it s staff. This web site is obviously a means for, no doubt, disgruntled residents. A very inappropriate method, as the bottom line constitutes this web site, ApartmentRatings.com, of having little value and again, a waste of one s time.

It is the best value in sunnyvale because of its poor construction and unsafe neighbourhood.

If you indeed found Casa Alberta to be so commendable and satisfactory- why have you been looking elsewhere in similar rental circumstances? Is this not a contradiction in theory? A blog is a free exchange of ,admittedly sometimes ranting, free-form expression of opinions- this website is intended to give tenant/ex-tenant/future tenant feedback to the managment for self-review/improvement in a free speech forum- Orwells "1984" ring a bell?
