It seems management isn't taking comments posted on this website in the right spirit and is trying to influence the customer by providing a justification to almost every negative response. In stead of getting its act together by listening to the negative posts and doing something about it, writing a review like the previous one is simply unprofessional and uncouth.

Management is supposed to have an unbiased opinion on issues which is not the case in this apartment complex. Implementing rules when deemed necessary and not implement them at other times is inconsistent and unethical. Also there seems to be a conflict of interest with the two property managers working at this location.

Other apartments in sunnyvale rate much better compared to this place. Just by posting positive responses does not boost public opinion or rating. Consumers are not fools to not read between the lines and see who is writing the positive rebuttal reviews.

Wow! You have only been at Casa Alberta apts. a short time yet the glaring truth of the situation has made the problem seem so clear to you! How many times have you had to endure the dehumanization of dealing w/ of the Mgmt. "team" before you wanted to cry out " they may oversee the administration of our rental homes but they can never take our freedom" ...to express our displeasure w/ poor treatment! The problem shall not be resolved until the mgmt. takes a look at the situation and realizes that "the good of the many outweigh the good of the few..." or the two! take heart-there are others...you are not alone. this treatment shall not stand-others will speak out no matter what she tells him to say or think or how to act!
