I have lived at Casa Alberta for almost 3 yrs now. Casa Alberta Apartments is a quiet peaceful place to live that is not too expensive. I specifically chose the place because it was the lowest rent in the area for the amenities offered. I have always been pleased with the management. I have always been treated fairly and have always received assistance whenever I have asked for it without any hesitation or questions. Anyone who thinks that what we are getting for our money isn't worth it, is crazy. There is no way that you will find anything else in this area that is priced this well with a pool, hot tub, onsite laudry, exercise room, garbage disposals, and dishwashers.

I think that the complaints that are posted on this website are not legitimate enough to be used in rating this complex. The complaints seem to focus on one specific instance and fail to take into account all of the different aspects that go into rating a place to live. If the complainers want to go live in a place where no one ever makes a mistake and everything is always perfect, then they should be ready to fork over some outrageous rent payments. And if there is such a place where everything is always perfect, then it should be easy to find considering all of the unicorns and pigs flying around.
