The managment here are manipulating this open forum to reflect favorably and out-balance the genuinely negative feedback that has honestly been put on here to provide feedback to persons whom may not be aware of the pitfalls of tenancy here! The owners need to be informed as to how the management is manipulating this website and also playing the rules to favor themselves or those whom are friends of the "couple" that live here and work in the office. The Gen. Mgr.'s girlfriend is the problem, and makes communication w/ the office uncomfortable & difficult if not impossible and often misrepresents the situation to favor her view/opinion to the detriment of the resident/tenant! Moving out is becoming an ever-present option -only nothing else is this affordable in this area and the managment uses this to it's advantage! This needs to be addressed by the authorities-at least conduct an internal audit ( or have their unit taken a look-at-pretty sure they have all the latest upgrades and ammenities while regular tenants are left to live w/ old appliances and only get service or fixes when things out-right break and need to be replaced altogether)to see what's really going on here at the owners property! things have and are getting to crisis/action point! I only hope someone w/ the city or ownership reads this...not just the office staff whom are partly ( 1/2) the issue! maybe this will fall on that individuals ears and they will take to heart the points made and work to resolve these complaints rather than try to cover up this review w/ a coat of paint on the curbs or speed bumps!!

I was planning to consider moving to this place. This Gen Mgr and the girl friend and all that is posted related to the management has made me think again. Is there a website or few pictures of the aparment to get a sense of how the apartment interiors/exterior looks like as this complex has a 3 star rating in google?
