I have lived at Casa Alberta for almost two years now and I absolutely love it! It is charming, quiet, the grounds are beautifully kept, it is safe, and it has many accomodities (pool, gym, etc). I have to say what makes this apartment complex stand out is the wonderful managers that work in the front office. Rob and Tammy- they are the main reasons I am living here today. They have been so supportive, always willing to answer any questions you might have, and if you do have a maintenance problem it is fixed within that day. For example, our garbage disposal broke, I called Tammy and Rob, they had it fixed that day and they left me a personal message on my cell phone. They care about you as a person and as a tenant. They want you to feel at home, and there door is always open if you want to chat about your day or talk about a problem that you might be having. I can not say enough about the managers that work here and the maintenance staff- they are exceptionally wonderful people that I have had the priveledge to get to know and "call my friends." This apartment complex is a great place to live- it is in a great location, nice neighbors, available parking spots, I can leave my door open and feel safe, it is always beautifully taken care of, and awesome managers willing to help in a time of need. All in all, I can only say postive things about this apartment complex, and I feel so lucky that I have an opportuntity to live and be apart of this Casa Alberta community.

The Managment at Casa alberta ( the assistant mgr. particularly-I.E. the general managers girlfriend!) need to stop posting responses to the honest reviews posted on this free speech forum and pay more attention to the overall unanimous tone of the less-than-favorable reviews that this apt. complex receives especially the poor reviews of the managment-particularly the assistant manager( the girlfriend)! One would think that the OWNERS of this property would be more than interested in the negative impact on unhappy residents ( whom most of the reviews are written by-and just as many EX-tenants)and on how just one managers assistant can create/compound problems by being difficult to deal with, uncompromising & unapproachable, barring direct communication to the manager and also being unprofessional in as much as befriending some residents and being cold and aloof to others. Again, mgr.- asst. mgr. personal relationship w/ each other interfering with professional work!
