We would gladly recommend this complex to our friends.

- We got the apartment in a great condition.
All the kitchen appliences were in a like new condition, and everything was working perfectly.
- The place is very quiet and well maintained.
- The maintenece service was amazing - for example: after about a month we suspected that the dishwasher is scratching our plates - we called the management and although they didn't find anything wrong during their check - the following day we got a brand new - from the box - dishwasher!
- The management team - Rob and tammy - are doing a great job.
They have been nothing but fair and professional to us as their residents.
They listened and took care of every complaint we had and we are very satisfied with the service we got.
- The complex location is great - just between two parks (serra and ortega), close to the highway and very close to one of the best schools around.

- I think that the place presents the best value for the money you will find in this (pretty expensive I might say) area - when we got here we saw XXXholes that were more expensive then this one so we thought to ourselves - "well where is the catch here'" - and after living here for a while I must say that there isn't any.
The only two downsides we noticed are the lack of washer and dryer in the apartments and quite a problematic second parking place if you come home late.
Other then that - from all the other aspects, and from a totally objective point of view - this place is really a great place to live in!
