The Managers, --- and -----, have GOT to be, by far, the worst two human beings on the planet. If you have a complaint, expect the run around. If you or your friend park for a moment infront of the office, expect a hassle (these same rules do not apply to --- and -----'s friends). I had a friend come to visit me. She got lost and couldnt find my apartment. Walking around in a business suit, she was stopped by ----- who asked her very rudely, "Can I help you'" When my friend explained she was looking for my building she was rudely asked, "What business do you have there'" When my friend explained that she was coming to see me she was asked, again rudely, "She's your friend but you don't know where she lives'" When did the title manager mean APARTMENT POLICE' My friend was insulted and asked by ----- to leave the premises. My friend called me from the street and I had to walk out and get her. GET OVER YOURSELF -----!!!

OH and I forgot.... just last month 6 (Count em SIX) cars were broken into in the parking lot, including 1 car directly beneath the MANAGERS apt!!!! What a great place to live.

They also sent out letters last year that no more dogs were aloud in the complex. Well, since that letter.. I have personally met 6 new dogs!!!! I never received a second letter telling me dogs were aloud again!!!

They have now decided to not offer yearly leases but to rent based on going rents in the area. This is because Casa Albert is located within the Fremont Union HighSchool District and Casa Alberta HighSchoolers attend Homestead High School. The demand for Homestead is steadily increasing while Homestead is increasingly demanding more proof of residence from its students. Casa Alberta Management is using this as a way to raise the rents to an EXTRAORDINARY amoung because the people who want their kids to go to Homestead will pay it. Well I am not a kid and dont go to HighSchool. I work a normal job and cant afford to pay nearly 2K for a 2 bedroom townhouse. I can pay that for a 3 bedroom house house. Ya'll are just money grubbing, self absorbed pricks!

Yet another complete B/S review. Obviously, you are a disgruntled resident who must have gotten your rent increased, and now you have nothing better to do than post ridiculous (obviously fabricated) stories, and bash the management. You truly have nothing better to do than this? So very, very sad indeed.

Ya think its B/S... Well go to the Sunnyvale Police Dept. or look up the Sunnyvale blotter on the web and you will see the notification of the 6 car break ins. Fabricated.. Tell me what I fabricated? Point out exactly where I made anything up? Then tell me about the managers being Tented the first week of December while the other buildings, G & H are being tented the week before xmas? Isn't building K (where the managers live)alphabetically AFTER G & H? You obviously get a kick from the management or at the least smoke a bit a pot with ---, cause honey, you are delusional!
