I love where we live! Quiet, safe, Cupertino school district- at sunnyvale pricing! 24 hour laundry, Landscaping is up-kept, pool, exercise room, vending machines, rec room, kids playing, storage space, etc...

So we have termites and need fumigation. We also need lodging while that occurs...Our needs have been met!
#1 Thank goodness our homes ARE being treated for THE termites
#2 I am grateful THEY ARE PAYING FOR OUR MOTEL STAY!
FREE BREAKFAST! PETS OK! COFFEE MAKERS IN ROOM! FREE CABLE!
#3 Who cares who gets tented first! We all have to deal with it! AND no one will be tented x-mas week anyway! Even if the management was purposefully tented first, I am glad - they get to be the "test subjects" for the whole process and are better able to answer any questions from tenants because of first-hand experience. They say they did not chose to be first but even if they did - wouldn't you'
#4 The people complaining have obviously never had true landlord-from-hell experience! Good luck wherever you move.. being asked not to park (by office) in a red/fire zone is polite - most places would have you towed!
Note to the people complaining: Any landlord can give 30-days eviction notice for no reason! It is totally legal. They can reserve that right - no explanation required to have you leave! I am actually surprised they haven't - Especially when your friends are parking illegally and making up ridiculous stories/false accusations about management (online no less)
#5 I love Casa Alberta and our managers... how can any one assassinate their character! They are doing their job and have been nothing but helpful!
By the way, the managers are people with feelings - not robots... treating them poorly and saying nasty things about them- who is really being the nightmare here'! I AM APPALLED!

Actually, during the termite fumigation, I was really pissed that they gave us a 1 week notice. And the free 2 day motel room that they paid for was the most horrible experience I had ever had in a hotel/motel. Read my yelp first-to-review on Vagabond Inn in Sunnyvale.
