Yippy dogs bark whenever people walk by. Parking is a nightmare if you come home after 6:00 PM from work. People are happy to not put their trash in the trash bins.

The carpet is very inexpensive and cheap. Paint over paint over paint cupboards don't close well, doors are warpped and air leaks through the windows.

The only reason I comment on these ridiculous remarks is beacue it gives a great place a bad wrap! So what yippy dogs are you referring to?...I have lived at Casa Alberta almost 3 years, seen a few dogs here and there, but never heard that! Maybe the dogs "yipping" at you just don't like you because they know you don't like them...Trash not in the bins? Do you even live at Casa Alberta? If you live in the complex you get an assigned parking space so parking should never be a nightmare... The only reason a wooden door would be warped is if moisture in the air was trapped for a long period of time, due to not ventilating/ opening windows.
