Noisy, disruptive construction/landscaping work that was supposed to be completed at the end of August, continues with no end in sight. I can hear the power drills even now, from inside my unit. Management doesn't bother telling residents what work they are doing, why they are doing it, or when it will be completed. We just get to wake up to nasty surprises. Like the morning that workmen started chopping down the privacy hedge in front of my window, using axes and loud power saws. After a day or two they replaced it with some anemic-looking palm fronds. Or the evening that I tried to use the on-site fitness room, only to discover that the management had changed the locks during the remodelling without informing residents or supplying them with new keys.

On top of all that, my neighbor just told me her rent got raised. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before they get around to raising mine, too. I can't possibly imagine how the management can justify a rent hike when quality of life here has gone to hell since they took over. Personally, I can't wait to move out.

By the way, it's entirely true what the previous review said about the leafblower noise. They come through with the leafblower EVERY MORNING during the week. If you're a prospective tenant, come by at 9am on a weekday, experience the noise and exhaust fumes, and ask yourself whether this is really how you would want to start your day, every day. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
