I moved out as soon as my lease was up. Had many many unwanted conversations with Roland. Stored his extra dishwasher in my carport and rented out my storage unit in front of my car to another apartment - big inconvience since they had to reach and carry things over the front of my car to get things out of their storage unit. He also has two non-running, turd covered cars in the back taking up parking spots.

On the brighter side, the grounds and apartments are beautiful. No rip off on the deposit. All was refunded minus carpet cleaning and light apartment cleaning. If you like idle chatter and are lonely and need someone to talk to, this is the place for you. I found myself trying to time my entrances and exits to when I knew Roland wouldn't be there. Walk fast and don't make eye contact!
