This owner/ manager is as Carlos Mencia would put it... a true Deedeedee (retard, for those of you who don't watch the show) He has to lower rents just to keep tenants around. But if you don't mind him popping up in front of your door when you're leaving... or... making unappropriate comments about a girl's figure... or talking about himself wearing underwears... or whatever it is that he's thinking about, than this is the place for you. I'll describe him/it a little more: He smells worst than s**t, if you walk out your door and take a wif of the air you can tell whether or not roland is outside. He always looks dirty, he always thinks people want to talk to him... the list could go on but I'm begining to get nausea. I personally would never write a rewiew like this. But if it prevents this perve from harassing others, than this is actually worth my time. So, I hope this review helped.

i went to look at this apt today thinking it was too good to be true. it was. roland is creepy, talks too much, and talked to me (a female) more than the two guys who were actually going to rent it. he even called ME instead of them to talk about the apartment! and when he showed us around, he just opened neighbors gates without even asking. yes, creepy.
