Great, but a little expensive

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Positive: Nice complex of about 30 apartments. Grounds are well cared for and lush during summer months. Casa Monterey neighbors are very nice. Apartments are very cool during summer months (no a/c needed, though each apartment has one). Huge patios. Laundry prices are cheap. Pool on site. Extra parking. Management very responsive to service needs.
Negative: Assigned parking stalls are ridiculously small. Nearby complex neighors bordering on rude/loud. Laundry facility has only 4 washers, and hours are limited (8 am-8:30 pm). Sporadic ant problems.
