The apartments are very well maintained at extremely affordable prices for the area. The foliage is lush and comforting to have greenery around. The apartments are updated after tenants move out, usually with new carpet and paint for sure, sometimes with new appliances as when we moved in. During the summer is can get a little loud with children playing in the courtyard but it doesn't last for too long (usually around 3-4) so it doesn't distract from your day.
I would definately recommend this complex if they have an opening (which is rare due to the sought out nature of the area). I believe you can visit www.nowforrent.com for further information about the apartment building.
