recently the manager had told us to schedule an appt with her for the security deposit. she told me to meet her after her work because there wouldn't be a manager available during the day. i had my security deposit ready for the appt and it turns out she calls me 10 MINUTES before the appt to say that a "WALK-IN" came in with everything and she signed that person first. I was very upset with the situation because she told me in the first place that an appointment would be legit for the security deposit !!! TALKING ABOUT POOR MANAGEMENT. Hi Carolyn if you are reading this you should be ashamed of yourself for poor customer service. You wasted me and my family's time expecting a place to stay. Thanks a lot..shows how shady people can be with money.
