Manager discriminates

Many people from India live in the apartment and in october they strung out lights in there baclonys for a few days to celebrate Diwali (A hindu festival). The manager has been clampling down on this and insisting that lights can be strung out only on American holidays (i.e. Christmas). There is talk going around among the tenants for slapping a law suit on the management for this blatant religious discrimination
