Plus:
many of the units are quiet
convinient location
(walking distance to Safeway)
playground for kids
(good if you have kids)
carwash area
(good if you have cars)
enough parking
(never had to park on streets)
washer/drier hookup
Minus:
- lack of privacy/security on the first floor
(the poor design allows others to peek in
your unit. Fences here and there
would have greatly improved the
privacy and security)
- mold problem in bathroom and storage room
- slow response to the maintanence request
(faster than most places, though)
- long walk to/from the parking
- long walk to/from laundryroom
- cancel warning is posted in the garage
- you have to buy your own washer/drier
if you want to use the hookup
