I came there at the peak and used to pay $1550 for a studio.
After my 6-month lease and the crash, studios were at $1250 (my friend called the manager) but they did not want to lower my rent. They said I was at the market price !
So I told them that I was aware of a studio here at $1267/month.
Believe it or not, they told me I can move to that studio if I wanted to ! But refused to lower my rent for my current studio.
