People are moving out in droves...

I have lived there for over two years. Since all the high-tech layoffs have started months ago, the Cascades have lowered their rent only $200. I have seen somebody moving out every weekend for the past 6 months. We're looking to move out as well. We're tired of paying $2200/month for an 830 sq/foot apt, where there are kids constantly screaming, and rude upstairs neighbors partying almost every night until past midnight. We're tired of paying over $60/month for pet rent. It's just ridiculous. When we moved in, our rent was around $1500/month. The next year, the raised it to around $1600. Not bad, right' Well, for this past year, they raised to to $2200!!! They say they raise the rent to as high as the market will bear. I'm sorry, but that is price gouging! The ball is in the tenant's court now. We're answering by moving the hell out.
If you're looking for a place to live, have a disposable income, and enjoy a famility community full of screaming kids, move here because there are lots of vacancies!
