I have lived at the cascades for 3 years and I have seen several different people in the office. I used to stay away from the office because I felt that the office and maintanance was rude. My lease is going to expire in January and I decided to look around at other complexes. When I went to the office to let them know I was thinking of moving, Haden asked me why and I told him about my previous experiences with Andy and Sheersty. Haden and Debbie seemed genuinely concerned about me staying at the complex.

I have decided to stay at the complex. My determining factor was the way they showed for concern for me. They work with me on my rent amount and I am glad I am staying at the complex.

I would definetly recommend this complex to others.
