Nice complex, apartments just OK

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
There are things about the Cascades that I love -- the apartment manager, the waterfall that blocks out traffic noise, the underground locked garage, the convenient location.

However, the apartments themselves are nothing special on the inside (carpets, fixtures need replacing), and I believe they are priced too high.
