This is a great average apartment complex. It's not small (like you might find with a 12 or 15 or even 30 unit complex) - but it's not so big that you get lost in the sauce, either. The underground parking is accessible and clean. The visitor parking is a little tight, and the spaces are really small - but it's available. The grounds are generally well-kept. The laundry room is clean and functional. From my experience, the maintenance staff responds almost immediately to any issues. the office staff seems helpful, but they will keep you waiting if a prospective tenant comes through.
There are certainly less expensive places (and more expensive!!) -- this seems to be right in the middle and you get what you pay for. The location cannot be beat -- right on El Camino and smack in the middle of the Santa Clara/Sunnyvale/Cupertino junction. Minutes to Stevens Creek, 101 and 280.
All in all, I'll stay here until I find the apartment I'm looking for in the City.
