Everone has different needs I guess. I live alone in a 1 bedroom and its not bad. A little traffic noise but its El Camino. If you have any problems with crime the cops in Sunnyvale are there in 3 minutes max. The garaged parking is worth its weight it gold. The manager is nice, the maintenece guys are friendly. I havent had to complain yet but its cause ive been to busy.

The place is starting to show its age. The interior isnt bad, but the wall heaters suck. The faucets/bahtrooms need some upgrading. Same with the cabinetry. Its nice that its wooden but god its warping.

The ethnicity here is primarily asian/indian (as most of Sunnyvale is). The people are for the most part respectful and courteous and mind their own business. I am a little worried about whats gonna happen when my lease is up though. Hopefully they wont make me shop the renters market.
