When I have rented this apartment last summer I was stupid enough to sign 1 year contract. In february when we offered the management to sign for one more year and move to 2 bedroom apartment for the same price they rejected our offer without any given reason. It was obvious for us that they do not want to keep us as tenants.
I do not recommend this community due to the following reasons:
1.I think the apartments are very overpriced for what they offer. It does not have fitnes center.
2.If you open your windows you can smell what your neighbors have for dinner. It is not very well isolated and you can hear the people above you walking, talking, flushing their toilet, having a shower, etc.
3.Every time when we turn on our indoor grill we have to turn off everything else (literarly to stay in the dark) otherwise the buse blows.
4.All apliances are very old, outdated, not power saving compliant.
5.First thing I did was to repaint the cabinets in my effort to make that pesky smell or curry to go away.
6.I bought some grasshopper for the patio because I could not stand that ugly wooden look.
7.When we moved I had to clean the carpet because I noticed a lot of long dark women hair on the floor.
8. We have some plants on the patio and we noticed this pesky squirel that live above our bedroom window to come and dig in the pots.
We look forward with eagerness for our contract to expire in order to move out somewhere else.
