When I first moved in, the mgr was nice and the rent was fine ($1000 for a studio). We do not cook anyway but the appliances are not very good, useable though. After a year, they jacked up our rent to $1400 , no bargain/tough luck attitude was given by the mgr. She did say it was $50 less than the mkt at the time. I guess it was "not too bad" but we weren't too happy. Another year went by and it was the time of slump economy. Our rent did do down at about the same mkt price but new tenants were offered one month rent free. The new assistant was not too helpful or knowledgable. She was not "too rude" but wasn't too nice either. The rent is a little too much for the place except for convenience. We weren't home too often
