I agree with previous reviewer. This place gets noisy. By the pool area and now at the kids playground as well. It's a disaster for this apartment. Since a lot of new families with many kids moved in, kids started playing team sports right on lawns, trampled down them.
It used to be a quiet place, now I have to bear 20-30 kids playing at the same time from 10am till 10pm.
Kids even skate and bike in the parking lot unattendant by adults.
