GOOD LOOKING APT

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Location is good, maintainace is good & comes under good school area. Expensive if you compare with overall construction quality, layout plan, aminities provided. Apartment policies are not current residents friendly but only works on the issues to atract new customer. Hike in the rent is uncertain.
