Paper thin walls and noisy kids

This place is fine if you never need sleep. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in the apartment next to you, and the apartment next to the one next to you, and pretty much all the way down the whole block. But the worst part is the noisy frickin' kids that run around in the courtyards all day and night screaming their heads off and destroying property and no-one does a darn thing about it. It's also a little expensive for what you get.
