No Private Patio , Garage

Not really a private patio (as advertised by them). They take pictures of your patio and send you a notice. Small things such as ?? you cannot keep a chair in the patio which does not fall under ??patio furniture?? classification. Basically you need to decorate the patio as per their guidelines which is silly!! Dishwasher, refrigerator and oven are old and small compared to what is generally available. You can see some insects crawling in the bathroom often. Its an expensive apartment . You don't get any value for the money that you pay for. Also please be aware of carpets getting stained. Even the minutest of stains (which can fall under normal wear and tear) are photographed in high magnification and the management starts demanding complete carpet replacement for the same (this happened to a friend of mine who moved out)!! All in all a very painful experience.
