For a new renter this is the first place I have rented, the past 12months was not bad over all coz the management has never bothered me ever...even when I needed help. the neighbor's kids has never quit screaming, running, and the best of all, playing piano 9:00AM weekends morning or 10:00PM weekdays evening...the managers are so arrogant, they never helpt me for my request, I had to call them all the time to keep them on the track. I am outta here soon and I really hope to get my deposit back. I would not recommond you to come to this place unless you careless about people's attitude ...or you have kids in the house hold coz it is close the Park, school, etc.. and, I bet you won't bothered by the noise.
