I have lived in cherryhill for almost 3 years and have to say that it is a quiet neighborhood with ocassionally childrens noise. on the negative side: apartments are too old and comprise of thin walls of which I was able to hear my neighbors every move. positive side- quick maintainence service done!
Since the apartments are old, I had flooding in my bathroom every now and then. Also, previously, they had a coin operated laundry machines and therefore we had a flood in our living room too because the laundry washer broke down and flooded my apartment as we lived in apartment next to the laundry fascilities. For two days we have to live with the carpet dryer on in our apartment. we had issues with bathroom showers, they have to replace it after because the water coming out from the shower was not enough...seems like they had rusty pipes.I do not mind getting these issues as long as they are being addressed and taken care of because the price that we were paying previously. However, they have increase the price 10-15% each year and now we are paying $1550 for 1 bed 1 bath which is quiet hefty amount for this old apartments with bugs and insects. There is a better deal outside with newer and remodelled apartments.we are moving out and will keep you posted with the security deposit issues, if we have any ....soon!
