Noisy kids

Kids in the courtyards screaming from morning to night. Management put notices on everyone's door to keep quiet, worked for a week, then back to the usual screaming kids. There is a NICE park half a block down the road, but the kids don't go there, they stay in the courtyard and scream endlessly. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
