	I found it on a good location, shopping malls right across the street. Residents are non interfering. Though it has a small landscape and old exteriors, the interiors are modern.

	I have been in this apartment for 3 months. I have been to other places, I find this apartment descent for living. The resident manager is a responsible guy, reaches out to resolve issues. Overall OK.
