	PROS: Large apartment with nice layout, pretty trees, nice landscaping, shopping nearby, parks nearby, large pool. Nice laundry room. CONS: Busy streets with semis, trash trucks, hemis, and motorcycles constantly. Noisy neighbors with thin walls. We can hear our neighbors snore ... more

	HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND THIS APARTMENT HAS LOTS OF KIDS AND PEOPLE KEEP ON SHOUTING AND SCREMING EVEN IN THE NIGHTS..PUT THEIR TV ETC WITH HIGH VOLUME AND KEEP JUMPING AROUND.....KIDS KEEP RUNNING AROUND YOUR HOUSES EVEN ENTER YOUR PRIVATE PATIOS ... more

	I stayed there 3 years and would never recommend anybody. The apartment Land-Lady is a pathetic person to deal with. I don't know how I managed to be there 3 years, but take this as my ALERT !
