The apartments here are all very different so look at as many as you can before you decide what you want. I have had a good experience with the assistant managers Dezzy and Susan. They are very customer oriented and get right on any request I make. The maintenance man is often inept but usually gets everything done. You have to be firm with him but he will usually cooperate if you do. The location is good. I hear the train but I like the train. About 3 days per week I hear a couple of loud planes fly over to Moffett field but if I am inside, I now tune it out. If loud noises realllly upset you, then you probably don't even want to live in Sunnyvale near the train station anyway. Maybe you should live in Santa Cruz and drive for 2 hours every day. That is life in the big city.

The landscaping is pretty in most apartments here and some apartments are more private than others so shop around in the complex for what you want. The neighbors are laid back and nice. Most are pretty quiet but will give in to friendly conversation and are not pretentious. There are young parents at home all day with their little babies walking them and paying attention to the place.

The location is great if you work in Silicon Valley and there is a Mall nearby with a Target and a Macy's as well as nice little restaurants, schools and parks all around.

They have had a couple of bad managers but they never lasted more than a couple of months.

I am happy with this place.
