The apartment is pretty old and that's the impression you get when to first see this apartment. The rooms are very small (1B/1B) is just 600 Sq Feet. The apartment is manager will always brag about how big the apartments are. The maintenance is equally bad. They have a bunch of jokers who will come for repairs with hammer and nails.
