Lived here for a year and was less than satisfied. First, the buildings are old and have cheap carpets and poorly mounted A/C units. The plumbing is terrible; sometimes you get no hot water but sometimes there is no COLD water, especially later at night. The shower temperatures fluctuate so rapidly that sometimes you have to play with the dial the entire time you're in there. The kitchen is small and the stove is old, however, the living room is very large and more than adequate.

The landscaping is a hodgepodge of overgrown weeds/plants and bare dirt, though other units have nice shrubbery. Parking is terrible, as some residents have 5 or 6 cars and park them all over the place. On weekends the parking lot doubles as an auto repair shop, but management does nothing about it.

There are kids that run wild, leaving their toys all over the sidewalks, screaming all throughout the day and night. That's not entirely management's fault, but it's something that severely degraded the quality of life.
