I'm reading these reviews and am finding it hard to believe that there are so many unhappy people living here. There are lots of apartments to rent, perhaps they should find another one. I have found the managers to be very helpful and kind. I am pleased with my apartment and my neighbors in every way. I am happy to be here, and am starting my 3rd year. I know that there have been plumbing problems, and that the owners spent thousands of dollars working on the pipes in the building I am in. It's old property, and these things are going to happen. As long as they are taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, what more can be done' I enjoy the pool, and the children, and their toys - kids have to have a life too. I'm single, almost 60 and love living here.

This renter must be the management friend. Hence, she is defending. I agree that neighbors are good. But, many good neighbors are fleeing from this apartment fighting and frustrated with the management and maintenance thieves.
