The management of the Daisy Ridge apartments are crooks. They do not inform the tenants when the rents falls, and they give the same kind of apartment at a lower rent to new tenants but do not reduce rent for existing tenants. Currently the rent is low to get people in, and then they will increase the rent so that you are stuck paying the higher rent.
Someone should inform the authorities about these people. They actually made tenants sign a paper not to discuss rents with other tenants.

One of the managers (Denis) is very friendly but they hired a new girl who is not as professional. Also lately the management is never their and the office is closed.

The good thing about this place is it is next to Caltrain and down town Sunnyvale. The bad thing is the owner is like someone said a miser and will do what he can to take your money and give you as little as possible. The apartments are *very* small we have a two bedroom which is only 800 square feet. We have lived here for almost three years, because we have been too lazy to move but paying 1850 a month for a 800 square feet barely two bedroom place is enough. I am taking my money elswhere.

Also all the appliances/cabenets/rugs everything is the lowest quality that you can immagine. If you don't believe me check it out for yourself. The cabinets are some sort of partical board. Everything is cheap. And for 1850 come on!
