Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
1. Very poorly maintained.
2. Very noisy (one hears cop sirens at all odd hours).
3. One can hear neighbors (their talk, movements, TV, flush, everything).
4. Noisy appliances.
5. Ants and spiders.
6. No control on hot/cold water in the shower.
7. Management has not done the repairs that it had promised before I moved in (after 6 months)
8. Kitchen and bathroom closets are peeling off.
