Management and Maintenance Sucks

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The new apartments gets a good face lift for new comers.
Rest of the stuff in this apartment is bad. Manager is a military bully, sending notice after notice to residents. Apartment related problems are never repaired correctly. Many residents have left because of the bad unfriendly manager and the maintenance staff.
