Living here makes most other apartment complexes seem really nice. The paint job is ugly. The fixtures are ugly. It's directly under the landing path for Moffett Field. The pool is cold year round and the hot tub has been full of dirt and sludge for like 6 months.

But the management has always been nice to us. We've been late with the rent a few times, and the management has always worked with us instead of just kicking us out like some other places might. They were ok with our cat, despite their not pets policy. And they've never bugged us about our occasional un-official couch rommies. And there is a soda machine right by the manager's office!

Broken things get fixed with reletive quickness. Rent is cheap.

We can vouch for cool neighbors: we've thrown many big loud parties with no regard to the time of night, or day of the week, with absolutely no complaints.

We did have a bike stolen from our porch... but we still feel the place is secure.

We're young... fresh out of college... poor... and the place to us has a lot of character. But if you're older, make more money or feel like you deserve a really upscale apartment this is not the complex for you. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
