I was stuck in a long term lease and the managment wouldn't let me get out. The place was a dump, it was the biggest mistake ever to sign a lease. Coroporate owned so obviously the billionares could care less about the scum that rent from them. I wrote letters dozens of times trying to get so attention to my problems but no one cared (yes I took the time to write out letters in a desperate effort to reach owners). Parking goes right up to many bedroom windows to car exhaust goes into apartments, and noise. Everything crappy (appliances, carpets, you name it, unusable pool). There were lots of naked, unspervised, small kids running around. I always wanted to call CPS but was afraid of their hulking evil looking parents. Really the only good thing is the location, you can walk to the train and get onto central and the freeway very fast. Other than that let me spare you the misary I got myself into by not asking around.
